SHSU Online welcomes new employee Brooklyn Granger, who began work in January of 2019 as a Technology Support Analyst in SHSU Online's Support Desk Team. Brooklyn has lived in Huntsville since 2016 and worked previously in the technology support industry for three years, including time with IT@Sam as a student technician for two years. She graduated from Sam Houston State University in December 2018 with a bachelor’s of science in criminal justice, and a minor in computer science. She hopes to pursue a master’s degree in digital forensics from SHSU in the near future.
Brooklyn recently told the SHSU Online Newsletter: "I am absolutely ecstatic for the opportunity to continue my professional career with the SHSU Online Support Desk, and I look forward to serving the faculty and students of Sam Houston State University.”
Outside of working hours, Brooklyn enjoys hanging out with her friends and watching television from her incredibly comfortable couch.
