Our goal is to provide the best support and online educational experience for SHSU faculty and students. Our team of students and staff members are exceptionally well trained and are proud to serve the Bearkat community.
Our Support Desk was founded in 2011, with two staff members. With each passing semester, our online and university enrollments have continued to grow. This has allowed us the opportunity to formalize and expand the services and processes we provide. Our team grew to four team members in the first year and we expanded our operation to include Saturdays. Within two years, the demand for support grew so rapidly, we extended our hours until midnight each weeknight.
With our rapid expansion in growth, we are proud to say that we have maintained a 98% satisfaction rating. We are continually growing and expanding our team and services to meet the demands of university.
