SHSU Online is happy to welcome Angela Gill ('92) as our newest staff member (as of July 1, 2019)! Angela has joined the team as an Administrative Associate II in the SHSU Online Operations office.
Angela views this as a homecoming of sorts. While working on her BBA in Business, she was employed by SHSU’s Department of Residence Life as both a Resident Advisor and a House Manager, and accumulated several awards for program development.
Angela has used her business degree in various positions over the past 20+ years, including human resources, procurement, management consulting, and administrative support. Most recently, she spent six years as part of a team tasked with establishing the first Catholic High School to be located in the northern part of Harris and surrounding counties. At Frassati Catholic High School, she served as Advancement Assistant, Director of both Transportation and Procurement, and a sponsor for student activities.
Angela grew up in Willis, Texas, where she still lives. She is married and has one son, Cameron, who just completed his first year as a Bearkat. In her free time, Angela volunteers as an adult leader for the Boy Scouts. But she particularly enjoys training the newest addition to the family, Beaux, a one-year-old German Shepherd.
