SHSU offers several convenient ways for you to pay your tuition, fees, and other expenses. In addition to the in-person method students can pay online via the university's Student Account Center, or by mail.
Pay Online
- Student account access: Student Account Center
- Online payment methods: E-Check, pinless debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, China Union, JCB, Diners Club, or American Express.
Pay by Mail
- Make personal checks, money orders, or bank cashier's checks payable to Sam Houston State University. Include the student's ID number and drivers license number on the check for credit to the proper account.
- To ensure that payment is received on time, it is suggested that the payment be mailed at least seven business days in advance of the payment due date.
- Payment must be received before 5:00 p.m. on the due date.
- Checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and traveler's check are accepted.
- Please include the student's name and Sam ID number on the check.
