Our instructional design team worked diligently to assist faculty with the migration and redesign of 496 course sections in preparation for the Fall 2024 semester. This monumental effort ensured that our courses not only functioned within the new Ultra environment but also took full advantage of its enhanced features.
Simultaneously, our LMS Support team demonstrated exceptional commitment, resolving an impressive 1,522 support tickets in the lead-up to the semester launch. This proactive approach to addressing technical issues and user questions was crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for our entire academic community.
