The 24/7 Online Support Desk would like to introduce Alissa Cavazos.
Alissa is joining the Online Support Desk as a Technology Support Analyst. Alissa holds a bachelor's degree in Public Health from Sam Houston State University and worked as a Student Assistant for the Online Support desk for the past three years.
DJ Modisette, Manager of the Online Support Desk, recently spoke with Alissa about her new role. “I am so excited for this opportunity to continue working on the Online Support Desk now as a staff member," she said. "I’ve always loved working in the positive environment of the Online Support Desk and having the opportunity to continue solving technical problems and supporting the faculty, staff and students of Sam Houston State University is amazing. I look forward to the opportunities of my new role!”
Alissa is a phenomenal team member. She brings a warmth and energy to the team that makes everyone around her better. Alissa has been able to solve complex technical problems for the Online Support Desk for years and she is an excellent example of our university’s motto of “The measure of a Life is its Service.” We couldn’t be happier for her and to continue working together.
In her free time Alissa enjoys reading, collecting vintage vinyl, and building Lego sets.
