The SHSU Online Support Desk welcomes a new staff member, Oscar Sanchez. Oscar is joining the Support Desk as a Technology Support Analyst II. He will be invaluable to our team as our services continue to expand and the number of support requests we resolve are continually increasing. Oscar’s experience will directly translate to our team and we are very excited to begin working with him. Welcome, Oscar! We recently caught up with Oscar and he had the following to say in regards to his new position.
“I am excited and honored to be joining the SHSU Online Support Desk. I have been working in technology support roles both with Institutions of Higher Education and in K-12 school districts for over ten years now. Most recently, I worked at The University of Texas at Dallas with the Center for Brain Health as a Support Technician. I have always found immense enjoyment and fulfillment in helping and supporting others. I cannot wait to get to know the team and the faculty, and to work directly with our students. I am ready to put everything I have learned into this new opportunity and hope to make a great addition to the Bearkat family.”
