The Blackboard Ultra Course View implementation Go-Live dates for TSUS Shared Services partners:

- All new program development and program redesigns done using the Ultra Course Experience for all institutions and partners.
- Empty Ultra Experience sandboxes created for every course an instructor had taught in Fall 2022 or Spring 2023 at LIT, LSCPA, and LSCO
- Begin messaging using Impact pop-up messages for LIT and LSCPA
Summer 2023
- Delivery of automated course conversion content for LIT and LSCPA to use for Fall preparation
Fall 2023
- All Academic Courses delivered in Ultra Course Experience
- LIT
- LSCPA
- On request Ultra conversions for all others.
- Delivery of automated course conversion content for SHSU, SRSU, and LSCO
- Begin messaging using Impact pop-up messages as converted content is made available to faculty
Fall 2024
- All Academic Courses in Ultra Course Experience for:
- SHSU
- SRSU
- LSCO
- Remaining support organizations in Ultra Experience for
- LIT
- LSCPA
Spring 2025
- Remaining support organizations converted to Ultra Experience for:
- SHSU
- SRSU
- LSCPA
- Identify and work with any non-academic programs and partners who have not already converted to the Ultra experience.
